The place wasn't at the Google Maps location, and nobody answered the calls. I was left stranded in an unfamiliar city in the middle of the night. OYO's team wasn't much help either. I'd paid in full, but had to find somewhere else at 1 am, and my refund was declined. I spent an hour on the phone with OYO trying to sort it out, and still haven't received the money back. I won't book through OYO again. Please don't book this stay, and don't pay in advance.

I couldn't find this place in Ernakulam after booking a room for last Sunday. I called their call centre, and the customer care woman put me on hold for 30 minutes before dropping the call. No one from the hotel called or gave directions, though that was all they needed to do, so I never checked in. The service was pathetic. Don't book here, it's a waste of time and money.

The contact numbers for reception and the owner couldn't be reached, and the location seemed fake. After a long drive, I spent two hours waiting and walking around with my family and kids, getting more and more frustrated. I tried the number many times, but it stayed unreachable, and OYO was no help. Don't pay ahead.

There was no property at the address shown, and the address was wrong. The listed phone number was fake too. Avoid this stay. OYO customer care was also very poor.

I was completely cheated at spot on 62965 Ashoka tourist home. The map location is wrong, and the whole thing was a terrible experience. I wouldn't choose this place.
