The location was a real advantage, with most tourist spots within 2-3 km and both Ernakulam Town Railway Station, about 300 m away, and Town Hall Metro Station nearby. I booked through an app at a rate lower than the hotel's price. We had a Deluxe room that was clean and spacious, including the bathroom. The shower was good, and there was a bathtub. It came with a TV, wardrobe, locker, hot and cold water, towels, bottled water, a tooth kit, and a tea maker. Shaving kits are available on request, and they even leave a notepad and pen. Parking and lifts are available too. There's a restaurant, a bar, and room service. Breakfast depends on the plan and isn't included with every booking. The buffet was good, with three non-veg items and a live counter. Buying it separately costs ₹400 + GST. The gym and swimming pool are available. The pool is a decent size, though there's no children's pool or shower beside it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Abimanya at reception was polite, efficient, and attentive, and made check-in easy. The Front Office Manager also helped maintain high service standards and made sure guests were comfortable. The hotel has a pleasant ambience, clean rooms, and great hospitality. I'd definitely come back.

I really appreciated the customer service and pleasant atmosphere here. The staff were warm and professional, especially Abimanya at the front desk, who went out of the way to help us. The Front Office Manager led the team well and made sure guests got personal attention. One of the best 4-star hotel stays I've had lately.

My friend Vineesh arranged everything beyond what we expected and made our celebrations joyful, colorful, and memorable. The hospitality and comfort at PGS Vedanta were excellent. Thanks as well to the staff for their outstanding service, especially security, the Night manager, attenders, Chef, and the other Managers. Their kindness, support, and professionalism made our stay special. Thank you all for such a memorable experience.

The DJ made our farewell so much fun, and the hall lighting created just the right vibe. My friends and I booked the hall at pgs vedanta, and the food was delicious too. The hotel is in an excellent location. I danced more than I ever have, and we had a farewell to remember.
