Hotel Ram Inn - Erode

We came to Hotel Ramin, Erode for a medical review for an elderly family member with a spinal cord issue, and had booked a room a week in advance. At the last minute, the management sold our confirmed room to someone else for more money. We explained several times that the patient couldn't stand or wait long, but they showed no empathy. They kept our family waiting for nearly three hours late at night, then refused to give us a room. It was infuriating to see them put extra profit ahead of a patient's health and their commitment. Unethical, greedy, and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise families and people traveling for medical reasons to avoid this hotel.

The parking is useful, with space for cars out front and underground, and there's a small rooftop room with bathroom facilities where drivers can rest. A nearby vegetarian restaurant is okay. The staff may seem strict at first, but they're helpful with service. I also left a tablet in the room by accident after checkout, and the reception staff called me and returned it promptly. I'd highly recommend this lodge.
