The in-house tailor service was a real standout, and the meals were just as impressive, with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. I spent two nights in the highest room category. It was comfortable and had everything I needed, thoughtfully provided. The attention and hospitality made it a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

The place was tidy throughout, including both my room and the shared areas, which helped me feel comfortable and cared for. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and I really enjoyed staying here.

The food was tasty and there was plenty of variety. I also found the rooms very clean, with a lovely atmosphere, and all the staff were cooperative and well-mannered.

The hotel's staff showed little concern for guest comfort. At 5 AM, they were vacuuming the lobby while guests were asleep, and the breakfast staff didn't show up on time, so I had to leave without eating. The hotel has no kitchen or room service. Its associated restaurant is 70-80 meters away and sometimes refuses to serve meals because it's booked for private functions. Every meal turned into a struggle between the hotel and restaurant staff. I spent two days here and found the whole stay unpleasant and inconvenient. Even one star feels too generous.

The resort was being renovated while we were there, but operations still ran smoothly. Pratima, Manoj, and Akhib were the best part of our stay and made the hospitality feel top-notch.
