The service was pathetic, and this place wasn’t worth the money. There was no parking or lift, and our room wasn’t ready at check-in, so we waited 45 minutes. We’d booked for three people, but the blanket for the third guest had already been used.

I paid 990 rs for a double bed AC deluxe room with a big LCD TV and sofa, so it was very economical. Great location in the heart of faizabad city, and the hotel and service were excellent.

I stayed here on 1 feb and forgot my wallet after checkout, with 12000 cash in it. I called the hotel from nearby asking them to look for it. I got the wallet back, but 5000 was missing. Don’t visit this hotel.

The rooms were beautifully maintained and fully air-conditioned. Staff were friendly and the service was excellent, so I had a pleasant stay. It’s easy to reach in the main city in faizabad, and a very good place to stay if you’re shopping.
