The room's bathroom had broken taps that kept dripping all night, and staff were very unprofessional. At 10:30 pm they couldn't even arrange one bottle of drinking water for a family. In winter, they also wouldn't give us a quilt for each member. Then at 12:30 am they told us to park the car somewhere else and spoke rudely. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't spoil a family religious trip by staying here.

The corridors were filthy, with old, moldy food left beside the stairs. Rooms were small and dirty, with no cleaning or upkeep, and the bathroom door was broken and had no lock.
