After arriving on 18 February 2026, I had to scramble for somewhere else to stay at the last minute. I had a confirmed Agoda reservation, but the manager at O DSG Residency Sector 20A, Near Neelam Ajronda Chowk, Mathura road Faridabad Haryana refused to give me the room unless I paid almost three times the booked price. Showing my confirmation made no difference. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend O DSG Residency Sector 20A Faridabad Haryana. Be careful before booking.

I was in town for an exam, and the hotel left me without a room the night before it. I had booked online and called the day before to say I would arrive late, around 9:30-10 PM. They agreed, but when I got there they said no rooms were available, apparently because they wanted me to pay more than my booking price. My reservation had not been cancelled, and I got no message or notification about a cancellation. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and seemed unbothered, telling me I could claim a refund and find somewhere else. The place also seemed shady and unpleasant from what I saw. A very bad experience. I don't recommend it.

The staff were really humble, and I stayed here for five days while working for my company. The rooms were clean and hygienic, so I'm fully satisfied and giving it five stars.

I spent the last month here for company work and found the staff pleasant and the rooms clean and hygienic. It's budget friendly, and I'd highly recommend it for corporate stays. For me, it's the best accommodation in Faridabad.
