Hotel Grand 81

The food was so good, and the price felt just right. I stayed for two nights and found the rooms spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole stay felt comfortable and welcoming.

I paid for basic facilities that I never got. There was no water from any washroom tap, and the flush tank and jet had no water either. The AC also shut off for 10-15 minutes three times during the night, and the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect at all. At check-in, I was told these things were available. When I raised the Wi-Fi problem that night, they told me to change rooms. Later, after I reported the water issue, they suggested I shower in another room. After taking our money, they expect us to just adjust. The service was disgusting, and I need an immediate refund. I also have videos showing the lack of service and the staff’s rude behaviour.

The room was the worst part, and the location was very bad too. The staff were bad, the network and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the flush was broken. Food and the stay were both overpriced. This is a very bad hotel, a place where you might get your things stolen.

Hotel Grand 81 felt like a cheap OYO worth ₹1000–₹1500, nowhere near worth the price charged. My room was extremely small, the washroom was cramped, and the TV didn’t work in any of the rooms. I was totally unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend staying here.
