The sheets and towels smelled bad and didn’t seem hygienic, and the rooms had a bad odor too. The phone didn’t work either, so whenever I needed something, I had to go to reception and ask in person. The service was very, very bad. I personally think people should avoid this hotel. Try somewhere better.

The room was good, and the staff worked really hard. I loved staying here.

Inside, the rooms are fine and have the necessities, but renovation is still going on. The noise reaches the neighboring rooms, and you’ll need to carry your own luggage because the lift is being renovated too. Room service was just okay and could use some improvement. Maybe things will get better once the work is finished.

I booked ahead with my guests in mind, and the hotelier said they were going to renovate. Months later, when I checked in, the room was still in a terrible state and no work had been done. The walls and furniture were broken, and I felt so humiliated in front of my guests that I’ll have to live with that memory. I’ve never had such a bad experience.

OYO showed a reasonable price when I booked, but at the hotel they asked me to pay more. The service was very poor, and the people there made for a really bad experience. I felt customers were being cheated. OYO didn’t support me either. Please don’t go there.
