We only asked Mr. Rajesh to show us the banquet hall, but he was rude and stubborn. He wouldn’t even check whether dates were available or show us the room. When we said we’d complain to the owner about his hospitality, he didn’t care and said, “hum to aise hi hain bol do jise bolna h. Video bhi lelo…” It was ridiculous and sad to see this from a well known brand. His hospitality was the worst, and he doesn’t know how to speak to a woman or anyone.

When I asked for a blanket for the night, the staff member refused. They also wouldn’t give me the daily water bottle that everyone gets. The AC remote was broken, and they had no way to fix it. Don’t bother with the buffet either, the food wasn’t very tasty and didn’t feel worth the price. The staff were not cooperative at all.

I was there for 10+ days, and the staff were friendly and well behaved. The hotel is on the main road and easy to reach from Delhi airport. My room was good, the food was good too, and breakfast had plenty of options. I had a nice stay overall.

I attended a wedding in November 2024. Everything was good until the banquet waiters spoiled it by asking for tips from both the hosts and other guests. After one guest gave some money, a waiter said, “sir we are 28 persons, this amount is not enough ...”

The hotel had a good ambience and was clean, and my room was good. I did get an old AC without a remote, though, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Food prices were a bit high. Complimentary breakfast was available.
