We arrived with my family for our first visit to Faridabad, but no one opened the shutter, even though I'd told the portal we'd check in between 11 pm and midnight. I'd made a partial payment, and the PNR that had been working before suddenly showed as invalid. They'd taken the partial payment too. This is a serious security issue. The night turned into a nightmare for me and my family. NeverTrustOYO.

The rooms were okay, and the bathrooms were just fine, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Water outlets gave electric shocks, so taking a shower wasn't really possible. Some rooms had severely blocked drains, and room service was very slow. I had to call at least three times to get anything done.

The staff were very friendly and cooperative, and the hotel is good for the price. The rooms are a little small. Breakfast was the part I disliked: they generally buy paratha and subzi from a nearby local shop and serve it to guests.

A waste of money. Management was poor and people were rude. They even gave us used bedsheets and towels, and the room wasn't cleaned before check-in.

Staff behaved badly, and the geyser wasn't working. After I paid, they put me in a different room from the one they'd shown me. It was very dirty, with stains all over the pillows, bedsheets, and blanket.
