The location is good, but the rooms are really dirty. Paint is coming off the walls, there are grimy handprints and spiderwebs, and room service seems to mean they bring you water.

The room and bathroom were filthy, and the sheets hadn't been changed. On top of that, the staff were very unprofessional: they first refused to check me in, even though I'd booked and paid through goibibo, then demanded the same amount again in cash, effectively doubling the cost. It was midnight, so I felt I had no choice but to pay. They didn't give me a bill or invoice either. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

They wouldn't let us check in because we'd booked through oyo. The staff don't know how to treat guests and behaved badly. Terrible hotel and a bad locality, I'd never go back.
