The owner and staff were rude, and problems with water, internet, and electricity kept happening. The owner said we could extend our stay by 5 hours if we paid half a day’s amount, then refused at the last minute. When I asked to book the room for one more day, he told us to leave. The most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The location is good, with local market NIT 1 nearby, and the rooms are spacious with okay washrooms. There aren’t any amenities, telecom, or food service. Staff are helpful to some extent. It’s okay at the rate they charge and might suit a short stay, but I’d look for a better option.

Breakfast was poor quality tea and two pieces of sandwich each day, while dinner was a packed vegetable meal. They wouldn’t change the menu despite daily requests. The photos on the fab hotel app and the actual place were worlds apart, and neither the hotel nor fab provided proper rooms or service. Fab had no customer contact number where we could speak to an agent. The number they gave only showed one option, our previous trip. I regret choosing fabhotels. My colleagues and I won’t choose them again, and this is how they’ll lose customers.

The room smelled awful, and the furniture smelled like GOBAR. There were loads of mosquitoes and bugs. We stayed with family and paid ₹1500, but these rooms are worth 400-500 at most. There was no drinking water bottle, no light, no AC or fan, and no TV. The power kept cutting out, so we were left without a fan or AC. Think many more times before booking. Not recommended.
