I hated the experience. The location was very bad, and there was no service or even a courtesy check to see if I needed help. The washroom flush didn't work, and the bedsheets looked like they had never been washed. The rooms were very dirty and unclean, so I wouldn't call this the best place to stay.

For the price, it might be alright for a night or two, especially since there isn't much nearby, but getting around by local transport is very expensive. I was there for the Coldplay concert and got back around 2 at night to find the room's power switched off at the mains. I had to wake the reception worker, and it took him about 10 minutes to come around. The stay itself was pleasant, but the rooms and service weren't. The first room had cockroaches, and the second did too, plus a broken jetspray. The third was barely acceptable: the bedsheets, blanket, and pillow were stained, and one pillow had no cover. After I noticed a bite on my arm and checked the bed carefully, I found a bed bug.

The rooms were unhygienic, with dirty bedsheets that smelled bad, and the staff didn't know how to speak to or treat guests. Service, staff behavior, and rooms were all bad. Honestly, a DHARAMSHALA would be far better. Don't stay here.

The food was the best, and the service was just as good.
