The facilities were a problem. Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the lift was slow and often out of order. The corridors also weren’t well maintained. The room itself was dusty, with stained sheets and a bad smell that lingered. The bathroom had leaking taps and dirty floors, and the general cleanliness and upkeep fell well short of what I expected. The online photos showed spacious, modern, well-kept rooms, but in person they were smaller, outdated, and poorly maintained. The overall feel was nothing like the listing. For the price, this wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or stay here again.

I felt comfortable here, like I was at home. The staff were kind and appreciative, and Govind patel was especially caring and supportive.

The owner was good and helped me cancel the booking at the last minute when I was already there, but I had a bad experience with the staff. They were drinking and smoking in the rooms. The photos on MakeMyTrip were very different from the actual location and room. Please change your staff.

I checked a few rooms and found them dirty, with filthy linen and the dirtiest pillows I’ve ever seen. It looks like there’s no maintenance at all. The staff aren’t professional either.

We booked through the makemytrip app and paid, but the hotel then denied that we’d booked through it. They haven’t returned our money. This hotel management is fraudulent. Please be careful.
