The manager was soft-spoken and very helpful, and the location near mg marg is very good. Food was decent, though not great. But the night shift staff member was awful, and the place has been going downhill because the owners don't seem interested in reviews or the problems people report. I stayed here four years ago and thought it was top-notch, so I booked again. Since I left back then, it seems the owner hasn't spent a penny on the property. There was dampness on the walls, damaged wooden designs and walls, and the sofa-cum-bed was untidy. We had water problems throughout the day, with not even enough water in the jetspray to wash up. If we came back late at night, staff would argue with us. One even said he wouldn't open the door if I returned late. The staff need proper training. The bathroom door lock was broken when we entered our room. After we asked, a carpenter came and they worked until 10.45 pm, but nobody was sent to clean up afterward. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this hotel. I have videos of customers arguing with the manager about all sorts of issues, but unfortunately I can't find an option to upload them.

They charge different rates for the same room on consecutive days, so don't trust the quoted price. The so-called super deluxe room was just a basic room. The Wi-Fi stopped working as soon as we went inside and moved away from the door. The safety and security situation was awful. They wouldn't provide the actual room keys, and workers came into the room without telling us. They even entered or peeked in while we were away.

There was no water in the washroom. It was the worst hotel experience I've had in Gangtok, and I don't know how they expect to handle guests' problems with the water supply. The service was terrible, and I didn't expect it to be this bad. I couldn't manage staying there. This place isn't good for a stay. If you're thinking of booking this hotel, don't go there. Very bad, worst experience.

Completely unhygienic. There was no water in the washroom, hair all over the bed, dirty furniture, and disgusting bathrooms.
