Binayak Homestay

This is a quiet, green spot in Pedong where you can slow down, work in peace, or just sit around. It isn't a party place, more somewhere for calm mornings, conversation, and a homely feel. Asha lovingly runs the property herself, and her daughter Kavya is so sweet. Sweety, the resident cat, was the friendliest cat I've ever met, so animal lovers will feel at home. The food was delicious and comforting; the wai wai chat and aloo mimi are especially worth trying. It felt like a warm homestay, not a commercial property. I'd definitely recommend it for a genuine, peaceful stay.

We went during Diwali and loved the experience. Our room had a stunning mountain view, and the humble, warm family hosting us made us feel welcome. The homemade food was delicious and the price very reasonable. Set in serene Damsang Valley, away from the bustle of Pedong Bazaar, it's a peaceful and comfortable holiday spot for families. 5/5 🌟

I liked the view and ambience, but the vibe I expected wasn't there. Since it's a zostel property, I thought there would be a bonfire and activities like the ones shown in the property pictures, but those weren't available.
