There was hot water, but the bathroom was so filthy it barely mattered. The pillows and blankets were dirty too. We didn't order food here, and the hotel has NO view. We did get Wi-Fi after asking, and two beds for under ₹2000, which was cheap. It's near MG Marg. The smell hit us as soon as we entered the room. The bathroom door was open and the stench was so bad it was hard to breathe. Room service cleaned it, and the smell eased for a while, but came back the next day. We also found cigarette butts lying around, so clearly the room hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived. On Day 2, there was a WHOLE ACTUAL MUSHROOM growing on the bathroom wall, right in front of the toilet seat. Disgusting, like the bathroom had its own ecosystem. Don't ask the owner to arrange a taxi or vehicle. He overcharges and takes a fat commission, then the drivers demand more because he hasn't paid them enough. It happened twice, and we paid more than we were told. Please research carefully before booking. No one should have to stay somewhere like this.

Don't stay here. There's no water or electricity. The toilet smells awful even though nobody uses it, bad enough that a normal person would die from the smell. This isn't a 3 star hotel, it's minus 100 stars.

The only good part was the location near MG marg. The rest was a very poor experience, and I'd tell people to stay away. We booked 7 local sightseeing points but were taken to only 3. The next day, the managers claimed we'd covered them all, and the driver joined in the lie. Don't book local sightseeing or North Sikkim trips through the managers. They're just there to loot your hard earned money. We went to Lachung, and our Rooms had been booked in our names, so the hotel kept our luggage in its luggage room. When we came back, our bags were outside without permission, and our hotel had also been changed without asking us. The managers don't know how to treat customers. I don't know how this hotel is still running or why no legal action has been taken. They're big fat liars, hungry only for money. DO NOT JUST DO NOT GO HERE!!

We booked a room 3 days ahead and still weren't allowed to stay in it. The service and rooms were awful, and the manager was rude. This was one of the worst experiences of our trip, even compared with an accident I had during travel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. You can find better hotels around.

The room was really big and clean, and the bathroom was good too. There wasn't a view from the room. Food was available at a readable price, and the portions were very good. The location is good, though it's quite a climb from the mall, about a 10min walk from the hotel.
