They told us on the phone that rooms were available, so we went there hopeful. We were shown five different rooms. But only five minutes later, when I called my friend to come see them, they said there were no rooms left and that everything had been booked in that short time. It felt unfair and was deeply disappointing.

We were there for 5 days and had a very comfortable stay. The mountain and city views were awesome. I’d highly recommend this hotel to everyone. ❤️

We spent a whole week in a balcony-view room. It was spacious and quiet, the balcony views were good, and the Wi-Fi was decent for remote work. But there’s a really bad, strange smell outside the place and on the climb up to the main road. Staff mostly just refilled our water jugs. They refused our food and drink orders, and didn’t even offer to help with our luggage at checkout. 😢

The owner was very supportive, and the room was good. The location is fine, reached through mall level 4. It’s a great location.

The room was horrible, the worst I’ve ever seen, and a real disappointment. It wasn’t fit to stay in. This hotel is very bad, don’t book it.
