The staff made a strong impression, especially manager Deepak, who was friendly and helped us plan our short trip. Everyone else was welcoming and attentive too. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the peaceful jungle view made the stay feel like a real break. There's a small garden that's nice for an evening drink or dinner. Food was satisfying, though nothing special. It's a bit outside the city, and the approach can be tricky if you're driving. A taxi from MG Road costs around ₹350-₹400, so it helps to plan transport ahead. I enjoyed staying here with family or friends for a quiet setting away from town, as long as you don't mind the distance.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the room, and the food at Kunden Fortune Resort, Gangtok. The staff were caring and very helpful, and thanks to Kubi Raj, Srijen, Danesh, and Sapna for looking after us. Manager Deepak also deserves credit for keeping things running smoothly and making the stay comfortable. The road is the problem. It's quite offbeat and risky for first-time visitors, and the resort is far from MG Marg. Some sections are badly broken and rough on vehicles, with a chance of damaging cars. The road needs prompt, proper maintenance, since its condition could become accident-prone without special care.

Meals were a real highlight here, with plenty of variety, good quality, and fresh, flavorful food. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the whole resort felt calm and welcoming. Everything was well maintained, and the staff were polite, attentive, and helpful throughout. A lovely place for a peaceful getaway, with great hospitality. Highly recommended.

We spent Christmas here and felt very well looked after. The hotel and staff were warm and friendly, and they made it feel like home. I'd recommend it if you want to enjoy nature and get away from the busy centre.

The breakfast buffet had a great range, and our room was spotless, spacious, and had a lovely view. The location was handy for exploring the city. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. We had a fantastic stay at kundan fortune risort and will definitely come back.
