The food had lots of delicious choices, and the property felt both welcoming and sophisticated. Staff were courteous and professional, and they went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The rooms were elegant, well maintained, and relaxing, with the Himalayas as a breathtaking backdrop. My stay at Ramada in Gangtok brought together luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. I’d happily give it five stars and recommend it to visitors.

Mr. MUKESHKUMAR, the operation manager, was a real asset to the property. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and ready to take responsibility. Mr. MANISHKUMAR, the front office manager, HRITIK ROSHAN from reservations, and Ms, ANJALI at the front desk were also capable, efficient, and well trained. From check-in, the staff treated me warmly. The accommodation was spacious, immaculate, neat, and comfortable, with every amenity I needed available. The food was delicious and hygienic. Everyone worked hard for my comfort and satisfaction, and I felt like royalty. RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GANTOK gave me my best stay experience. It felt worth the money, and I highly recommend it.

It was a calm, pleasant property to visit, with a good team. Ms. Prashana gave especially lovely hospitality and took great care of guests. Chef Abhisekh also extended a warm courtesy with the food.

The personal touch from everyone made this a great stay. Prassanna served me breakfast and dinner and was so attentive. Abhishek the chef was extremely cordial. Wishing them both good luck.

Being near MG Road, the heart of Gangtok, is a real plus. The hotel is clean, and the staff are polite and efficient. It’s a well-known American chain with properties in several Indian cities, and this one has a casino, spa, buffet restaurants, and more.
