The owner, Mr. Dhiren, was friendly and willing to help, even at the last moment. His warmth reflects the positive attitude of the people of Sikkim. The owner and staff made us feel comfortable, were always ready to help, and resolved issues promptly. The rooms and facilities were well maintained and comfortable. Restaurant food was good, though a little expensive, and a bit of attention to that would make the stay even better. Taking everything into account, it’s a hotel with good, reliable standards.

The room was cozy, and the heater kept it comfortable. On clear days we could see Kanchenjunga from our room. The staff were warm and helpful, and when one of us got sick they came to check on us. We had a wonderful stay.

The room had plenty of space, was clean, and came with everything we needed, including fast Wi-Fi and a very comfortable bed. The reception team was friendly and professional, and their nearby restaurant tips worked out really well. Everything went smoothly from arrival through checkout.

We booked a suite through galaxy tours and trek for 29 Dec 2025, then again for 2 and 3 Jan 2026. The room was really spacious, and we loved the tasty breakfast. All the staff were very good. Mr. Dhiren is fun-loving and an awesome person, and we really enjoyed talking with him. We loved our stay.

The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the staff were polite and helpful. We had a pleasant stay, and I'd recommend it.
