Anjali Rai was very polite with visitors. The whole team worked well together and made the stay comfortable and memorable, with warm, courteous and efficient service from the food and beverage staff. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless and fresh, down to the little details. The kitchen also served consistently tasty, well presented meals and paid attention to dietary preferences and special requests. Truly commendable teamwork and professionalism.

The hotel has great views and we had good hospitality during our four day stay last week. It's close enough to MG marg that walking down is easy, though the return walk is steep but manageable. For a 4 star property, the breakfast choices could be a little better.

From our room on the 6th Floor, we could see Mt. Kangchenjunga right from bed when the sky was clear. The views made our four day business trip memorable, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Sweta Ma’am made the process easy and smooth. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

We’re staying in the suite right now, and it’s mind blowing. The crisp, clear Kanchenjunga view has brought some peace to our hectic lives. There’s a private terrace, kitchen, living and dressing room, plus a lovely bathtub overlooking the Kanchenjunga. Yashshree has excellent customer service, great food and a lovely ambience, and the whole staff is cordial. A must stay if you're in Gtk. It's 500mtr from Mg road if you can walk, or there's a taxi stand where a ride takes 20rs only.
