I had a chance to sing and really enjoyed that, too. There are plenty of things to do here, including the pool, singing, fire wood, spa, game zone, and gym. Breakfast was wonderful, everything I tried was good and clean, and the service overall was great. Vrushabh Mayekar, the Game zone manager, was especially kind and helpful. He explained the games really well and even showed how they connect to real life. I appreciated his service and the care everyone showed us.

The pool was fantastic and clearly well cared for, and both breakfast and our à la carte dinner were delicious and nicely cooked. We also enjoyed the fresh juices. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern comforts, and the property itself is beautiful. Staff were polite, welcoming, and quick to respond, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. It's a peaceful place with great facilities and hospitality. Just keep in mind it's somewhat far from the beach, and breakfast could offer more variety.

The pool was the only part of the resort that seemed well maintained. The property is very large, but the rooms and other amenities need better upkeep. Service and hospitality were poor, and you have to ask for every basic thing, from soap and towels to a remote, TV recharge, or toothbrush. Soap and shampoo weren't refilled during our stay of more than one night. The food was below average, so I'd avoid it if you're traveling with a child.

I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. The only bright spot was Chirag, who was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the staff's attitude was rude and unprofessional, and the room didn't justify its price or its supposed 5-star standard. We checked in at 7:00 PM, then got repeated calls the next morning telling us to check out by 10:30 AM. I expected the usual 12 PM checkout, and nobody clearly explained the earlier time when we arrived. Those calls felt intrusive and spoiled the stay. At checkout I said I might have misplaced the key card and asked for help. The receptionist immediately responded rudely and said I'd be charged. For a room costing around 20k, making such a fuss over one card seemed petty and unreasonable. The hospitality was terrible. Calling this a 5-star resort is a joke, and the front desk staff need basic customer service and professionalism training since they represent the whole property. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting good service or genuine hospitality.
