The breakfast wasn't worth the extra cost. It was ₹375 per person plus GST, on top of a room rate of around ₹2,000 a night, and the buffet was mediocre: the pineapple juice seemed diluted, there was hardly any butter with the bread, and the upma was oily and tasteless. Breakfast wasn't included in the tariff, which surprised me at that price. Even drinking water wasn't complimentary, and basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste weren't provided. The property is large and looks appealing, but its policies made the stay less worthwhile. The pool closes at 7 PM, inconvenient if you've spent the day sightseeing or working. There's no WiFi in the hotel. Despite the name BRG Budget Stay, I found it far from budget friendly. It has potential thanks to its size and facilities, but with poor breakfast, little value for money and missing basic amenities, I can't recommend it.
