We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and the food was good. The barat guests liked it too. We'd consider coming back for other functions.

The banquet and assembly room weren't air-conditioned for evening tea, and the staff were reluctant to switch it on. We had to complain to management and cancel our program before they finally turned it on. Parking was on the road at the owner's risk, with no hotel parking reserved and no valet service. There's no wheelchair ramp, and the available chair was in very poor condition. The hotel's location is obscure and difficult to reach. It was a very bad experience.

The washroom and the place were filthy and stinking when I went for a wedding reception. The snacks they served weren't hot, and the food was below par. This hotel needs renovation and a lot of improvement. I would never recommend it.

I arranged my daughter's marriage at this hotel and banquet, and the management handled the two days of events very well. The banquet team did an exceptionally good job managing everything. The kitchen staff also did great, the food was fresh and tasty, and we had no complaints. Room service was prompt and good. I'd recommend this place for large or small events, as well as for a stay.
