Collection O 74924 Tara Patel

The photos can't be trusted. Our room was dirty, from the sheets and blanket to the walls, and nobody came to clean it. The bathroom was in terrible shape, the door had no knob, and the TV was tiny. The chairs and tables were broken too. Staff were impolite. Avoid this place.

I was tired and visiting as a tourist, so I only wanted to rest for a few hours. They charged me 1k for four hours. The room was in really bad condition, the AC wasn't working properly, and the bathroom felt like a public toilet. Please improve your service.

There were mosquitoes and cockroaches, the beds smelled, and half the rooms didn't have locks. The paint was peeling, and there was no TV even though Oyo said one was included. Calling it a Classic 2X room is just for show. Don't be fooled by Oyo's reviews or recommendations. This place isn't worth staying in even for free. I've never seen an Oyo hotel like this, and I won't trust Oyo again.

Booking through OYO at tara patel wasn't accepted without paying extra. I called OYO, and they told me their manager was inside tara patel and I should speak with him, but there was no OYO staff there. OYO, this lousy service is why you're losing money.
