My booking was for Angel Pink Premium, but they put me in Angel Pink Residency, which was awful. The rooms were unclean, and plaster fell from the wall onto a guest's head. Why accept bookings if you don't have rooms? Showing photos of the Premium building and rooms, then moving customers to the bad building, is misleading.

The rooms were spacious and hygienic, with good amenities and gorgeous lighting. Staff were cooperative and the service was good. The PREMIUM in the name really felt deserved. I'd fully recommend it.

A good place to stay, with nice rooms and plenty of in-room facilities, including a mini fridge, kettle, and sofa.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel was neat and clean. The price was affordable too.

Ants were all over the room, the lights and TV didn't work, and there were no toiletries. The rooms were dirty too. A total waste of money, and the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
