The next day, at exactly 11 AM, staff were banging on our door and repeatedly asking when we’d leave. We’d gotten the room around 2:30 PM, and although we asked for just 20 more minutes, different staff kept asking the same thing again and again. The constant check-out harassment was the worst part. Before that, we’d waited a long time for a room, then found there was no hot water, even though they knew about the problem. The replacement room was just as bad: most bulbs didn’t work, the bed was broken, the curtains had cigarette burns, the fan was filthy, and the towels were dirty. There were no complimentary water bottles either, everything cost extra. Service has gone downhill a lot since my previous visits. I’d never recommend this hotel. Stay away if you care about basic comfort and decent service.

We ended up getting a room on the 12th floor after two room changes. First, they sent us to the 16th floor, where we were told the assigned room had been given to someone else. Then the same thing happened on the 10th floor. The lift also took forever to reach the ground floor. Ms. Supriya from customer support had misled us about early check-in. We’d originally shortlisted a different hotel, but she suggested Roseman hotel in Vaishali. On arrival, staff said early check-in would cost another rs500. When I tried to discuss that with Ms. Supriya, she didn’t answer my call. Highly disappointing. I don’t know how brands can work with such leniency.

The washrooms look great, but there are cockroaches in them. The rooms and beds look good too, yet the floors are dirty and they never change the bedsheets. Nothing seems organized, and the kitchen and breakfast deserve minus 10 stars.

I spent 30 minutes looking and couldn’t find the hotel I’d booked for today. There’s a Roseman at that location, but when I asked, they said it had closed long ago. The hotel isn’t there, and I’d have given zero stars if I could. Please don’t book it or you’ll lose your money.
