Mr. Sujeet was a great host during my one-night stay and went out of his way to help. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I do have a few suggestions, but they'd be better shared privately since they're not major enough to post publicly. There's always room to improve.

There's plenty of parking in the hotel's own lot, so we didn't have to leave the car on the road like at some other hotels. The staff were cooperative and courteous. Our room was a good size, with clean, well-kept linen, towels, and toiletries. The TV wasn't working at first, but they fixed it right away. Curtains blocked the light, and the TV and accessories worked after the repair. The kitchen wasn't operating because of the pandemic, though, so we had to go downstairs ourselves to bring food up, and there were no plates. The shower didn't work, but that didn't bother us much. Overall, a good hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel and won't stay here again. Over three nights, I had to change rooms twice, and another room change was clearly needed, but I didn't ask for it. The rooms and beds were dirty, the blankets smelled, the plugs didn't work, the cupboard was broken, and the rooms and bathrooms were poorly maintained. There were no bathroom floor mats. The showers were awful and wouldn't give hot water, and the place was full of mosquitoes. Breakfast was pathetic. We got good food and variety only on the day lots of wedding guests were staying, presumably because they'd asked the hotel to make arrangements. The stay wasn't worth what I paid. Hotel management, please don't just post the same apology and words. Try to improve things so the place is worth the money.

The in-house restaurant serves good food, and breakfast is included as a morning buffet. You can ask the chef for something not on the menu, though that costs extra. To eat breakfast in your room, you have to pay and order it. Outside food isn't allowed. The free Wi-Fi password needs renewing every 24 hours, so ask reception for the new one. We stayed for a week with family after quite a struggle to find a decent place, and this turned out to be the best option. The hotel is in a residential area, which made it feel a bit like home. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the staff are generous and quick to help, and the place is clean, quiet, and about what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. There's also a ground-floor banquet hall that holds around 50-60 people.
