The receptionist's response when I reported the accident was simply that it had never happened before. There was no apology, concern, or acknowledgement. I'd almost lost my life: a puddle of soapy water had been left on the bathroom floor, and I slipped badly because it hadn't been cleaned properly before check-in. My head just missed the wall, and it could have been much worse. The room wasn't prepared in advance. It and the bathroom were dirty, the basin was unclean, and the sheets were both dirty and torn. Room service was far below an acceptable standard, and they couldn't even provide basic warm drinking water. The staff seemed untrained and completely unprofessional. They charge high prices while offering third-class service. Avoid this place unless its hygiene, safety, and staff behavior improve drastically.

I booked five days through @cleartrip but had to leave on the second day because of an emergency. Cleartrip told me a refund depended on hotel policy; the hotel said it couldn't refund because cleartrip charged them heavily. I ended up losing the payment for the remaining three days. The room wasn't clean or ventilated, and it had no windows. I paid for triple occupancy, but there wasn't room for an extra mattress. Reception said all rooms were occupied because it was wedding season. There was no WIFI, and even my own mobile network didn't work in such a compact place. The staff weren't helpful. I'd give zero stars if I could, and wouldn't recommend this policy.

The staff were all very polite, and the food was sweet and yummy. Nice hotel, clean room, and a good location. Everything was good.

The whole place was pathetic: the room was dirty and the washroom disgusting. When a customer complained, the receptionist used abusive language. The service, staff, room, and hotel were all awful. For a better experience, I recommend not staying here.
