The room was spotless, and the road-side view was lovely. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff made us feel welcome. The best part was the [GRAND INN], which was beyond what we expected. Being close to [MARKET] also made it easy to get around. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to visitors in the area.

The receptionist was really rude and didn't know how to speak to guests. It felt like they were just trying to get money out of your pocket. The owner should replace her if he wants to stay in business. Pathetic experience, I strongly recommend not going there.

Even with an advance payment and a booking made ahead of time, they wouldn't let me check in. Then they charged extra for the stay, almost twice the price. The staff were rude and the rooms weren't hygienic at all. Worst place and worst experience.
