OYO 30107 Hotel Black Stone

For the price I paid, I really can’t complain. The location made it easy to get around and find daily meals, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff were accommodating and ready to help when asked. We stayed here recently during my visit to India, and I’d recommend it as good value for money. We’ll definitely come back when we visit NCR next time!

The toilet was very dirty and the beds were uncomfortable, so this was a terrible stay. When my wife called reception to ask about lunch, they said the kitchen was closed. She asked if they could try to get food from elsewhere, and the receptionist agreed to check, but half an hour later, when I called, he just repeated that the kitchen was closed and hung up. The receptionist was very rude when I booked. Please don’t book this hotel.

The rooms have plenty of space, which is a good thing, and the staff are quite helpful. But they need to keep some dignity and improve their services. Just because couples come doesn’t mean you should make the place feel like a brothel. They seem to make money from couples because they don’t stay long. The rooms and property have a lot of potential, so please update them. The rooms aren’t clean, the bedsheets aren’t clean, and there are overall cleaning issues, along with problems with drainage and the geyser.

We regret holding our family function at Black Stone Banquet. The management was rude and inflexible, and there weren’t enough people to serve the food. Most of those working there seemed unprofessional and inexperienced. We had to keep chasing the banquet staff over even small arrangements, and parking space was inadequate. The AC wasn’t working and was in very bad condition, even though the banquet had recently been renovated. I’d advise avoiding this banquet.
