There were rats all over the room, and in the morning they suddenly shut off the water and told me to manage on my own. The service was the worst. Please don’t stay here.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The buckets were marked, the hand wash was a poor quality soap solution, and water was seeping from the ceiling. They need to clean the washroom properly with phenyl or another disinfectant. The bedroom also needed proper dusting, especially around the AC. The bedsheets were used, dirty and torn.

The bedsheet was dirty and torn down the middle. The AC barely worked, and even after I asked reception several times for the remote, they kept making excuses. A poor experience.

I booked through the OYO app, but this was a total waste of money. The bedrooms were so dirty and the walls looked disgusting. The toilets smelled strongly of urine, and the taps were so filthy that nobody could even touch them. I wouldn’t stay here with family or friends.

You can hear sounds from outside, and people outside can hear you pretty clearly too. The rooms weren’t clean.
