I lived in room no. 402 from 12/12/2023 to 09/01/2025. There was no AC, and the location was awful. When I checked out, they didn’t return my ₹2000 security deposit, which was supposed to be refundable. I tried calling, but they blocked my number and wouldn’t pick up. Please don’t move in there. The PG and hostel service was the worst. My name is Sushant Gaurav. Thank you.

They cut the power in the middle of the night. They also made me give a five-star rating before letting me into the room I’d already paid for. It’s a couple-friendly hotel, and most of the rooms seemed to be occupied by couples. From the photos, it looks like a small PG has been turned into hotel rooms. Want to ruin your experience? Book it.

The room I got, which I shared in photos, had none of the promised AC, geyser, or Wi-Fi. First, I had to search a long time because the Google Maps pin was 2.5 km from the actual hotel, out in a remote area. When I asked about it, they said they’d done that on purpose to attract more people. They then insisted I give a five-star rating before handing over the room. After all that roaming, I gave them five stars on the OYO app, and only then did they let me in. Shame on you, scammers!

The room was dirty, and the power went off at 3 AM. The hotel said the backup had burned out and there was nothing they could do. OYO should audit its partner hotels. This was the worst experience of my life and has made me rethink using OYO.

Don’t be fooled by the listed room price. Once you get there, it’ll cost the same ₹1000-1200 anyway. You can find plenty of other options for that amount.
