Relax Suites Hotel

They accept bookings through Agoda, OYO, and MakeMyTrip, then deny your check-in when you arrive. The staff are incredibly rude and treat guests like dirt. This place is a total scam and a disgrace to hospitality, a 3rd-grade dump. Absolutely the worst place imaginable. DO NOT BOOK under any circumstances!

The entrance gate to the hotel was closed, so we had to walk another kilometer from a different gate to get there. On arrival, they told me and the other guest that the kitchen wasn’t functioning, even though my Agoda deal included breakfast. All I got was a cup of tea. The rooms look bigger in the photos than they are, and staff assign them based on what kind of traveller you are, not the room shown on the booking website. I could have overlooked things because the property was cheaper, but the receptionist and her behavior were the worst part of the trip. She was extremely rude, seemed racist, and didn’t speak to guests with basic decency. She needs hospitality training. If you’re a traveller, expect the receptionist to hassle you. Don’t book, even if the offers look tempting.

It’s an older property than I expected. They should update the photos so they show the current, real view.
