The rooms were good, the food top notch, and check-in and check-out professional. The bell boys were proactive and helped with our luggage, and the operations and banquet teams were professional. But my friend's event was a disaster because of the sales department. Ms. Charu's approach felt generic, with little understanding of the client's wedding vision and personal preferences. Follow-ups were late and commitments made during sales were wrong. The sales team is a disaster and needs proper training in professional client handling.

Mr Anshul Pathak and Ms Charu in Sales handled my friend's event poorly. Slow replies, inconsistent follow-ups and unfulfilled commitments caused confusion and affected our plans. That standard isn't acceptable from a professional sales team. I also have concerns about Miss Charu's customer service. Her communication can seem inattentive and unprofessional, and her behavior has seemed inconsistent with company standards. She should be polite, approachable and focused on customers. She comes across as having a lot of attitude, which could hurt her career. She needs to be professional and polite with clients, and build better customer relationships.

The food was excellent and the service top-notch, but the sales and management problems make this a 1-star experience. When we were closing the deal, Anshul Srivastava agreed to everything and made promises. After the contract was signed and we paid the token, he didn't give a receipt despite repeated follow-ups and left me on read for days. He then threatened to cancel the contract if I didn't pay the next installment, claiming there was a date deadline, which was a bluff. After the contract was finalized, he said we'd get one room instead of two, and we accepted it somehow. We'd paid and reached our milestone, but on February 9, the wedding day, they denied the bride a room, saying it wasn't in the contract. She lost an hour to an hour and a half. Management was awful, and they only provided the room and arranged everything after an argument. They also made a WhatsApp group with 15-16 people who weren't replying in time. Charu ignored the problems and said they didn't know anything and would only follow what was written in the contract. That cost the bride another hour to an hour and a half.

Spacious, very good rooms and plenty of parking with valet service. The food and service are excellent, and the staff are humble and supportive.
