The Gaurs Sarovar Premiere

The breakfast was a major disappointment: poor quality, limited choices, and bad taste. Service was slow and unresponsive throughout, so even small requests became frustrating. Although the property looks impressive from outside and is very large, maintenance is poor, and the rooms, facilities, and management don’t justify the price, especially for premium rooms. We expected a peaceful, comfortable stay but found it stressful instead. The AC wasn’t working properly, and repeated complaints didn’t get it fixed. Staff came to check it at 11 at night, disturbing our rest, but still provided no solution. We couldn’t sleep at all. It was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort or good service.

The housekeeping service in Room No. 334 was excellent, and I’m very satisfied. Anshul Kumar cleaned the room thoroughly and kept everything hygienic and well maintained. He also did a particularly thorough job in the bathroom. He was polite, well mannered, and communicated nicely. I had a very pleasant stay at The Gaurs Sarovar Premiere. The staff were attentive and polite, and the ambience was comfortable and elegant. Special thanks ms Naman sharma for helping make this such an outstanding buffet experience at the Gaurs sarovar premiere hote! There was an impressive spread of Indian, Asian, and Continental dishes, nicely presented and full of flavor. The live counters were a nice touch, and the desserts were amazing. Credit to the chefs for keeping the taste and variety so good. A fantastic meal for family gatherings or special occasions. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quality buffet in flavour restaurant.

Food was average at best, with most dishes served stone cold. It wasn’t close to what you normally get at banquet venues. The staff seemed untrained and didn’t know how to manage an event. There weren’t any bowls for dal or chole; after we complained repeatedly, they served them in small plastic snack bowls. At ₹3,000+ per plate, that service was ridiculous, and the food wasn’t being served properly at the main dinner table. There were no dustbins, even after the decorator complained, and they didn’t add more. Tables were never cleaned during the event. We asked specifically for glass bottles and glasses on the tables, but they put out plastic water bottles instead. Hardly any mocktails were served, and most guests were offered only water or cold drinks. I booked the poolside area for my sister’s wedding. The room cost ₹10,000+, but its geyser didn’t work, the AC didn’t work either, and staff did nothing about it. Management at Gaur Sarovar assured us the quality would be top notch, but they failed to deliver. Poor service and coordination, not worth the money. I strongly recommend avoiding this venue for weddings or even for staying.
