We spent two nights here, and the calm atmosphere, nature all around, and peaceful setting made it a really good stay. The property is about 20 km from Igatpuri. The approach road is rough and village-style in places, but once we arrived, the beauty and serenity made the trip worthwhile. From booking until we reached the property, everyone was responsive, helpful, and welcoming. The staff kept checking that we were comfortable and were ready to help. We also enjoyed every meal, with delicious, well-prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. I'd seen a few negative reviews online and judged the place based on them, but staying here changed my perspective. The ambience, food, service, and overall experience were excellent. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The spacious family rooms and kids' pool made this a great family getaway, and we made wonderful memories. Bring everything you need, since there's nothing within 5 km. If you're coming with a child, bring swimming goggles because the pool water can burn their eyes. Bring something for them to play with too. The kitchen smoke gets into the play area through a broken gate, and it can irritate your eyes. It may be better to go when the kitchen isn't working. There's only one cooler, and it doesn't work properly.

The location is easy to find, and it's a nice place to relax, though there are no mountain or lake views. The rooms are good quality, with larger pools and a kids' play area that make it a good fit for families. I'd suggest adding more staff to improve room service.

The spacious, airy resort has a nice ambience and potential, but the stay was disappointing. It's quite far from the city, making travel inconvenient. The food wasn't up to the mark, and what we were served didn't match the menu shown to us. Water leaked from the AC all night and made the room uncomfortable. Service and maintenance need improvement.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The kids loved the pool, splashing around while we relaxed. Mr Gautam ji gave us fantastic, caring service. Thank you, Gautam ji ❤️
