The pool and beach access made it easy to unwind, and the staff were friendly and attentive the whole time. We had a great stay at Beach Heaven Resort. Our room was clean and looked after, and the views were breathtaking. It felt like a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.

I was disappointed by the service. The staff didn’t seem attentive or willing to help, and the facilities could be better maintained. I hope management improves the customer service.

We ended up staying overnight with family without planning ahead. The room itself was good, but something about being inside didn’t feel comfortable for us as a family. Maybe the entry and reception area weren’t organised well, or perhaps the staff weren’t properly trained. There was no internet, and the TV in the common room wasn’t working either.

The food was delicious, and the place felt clean and had a great atmosphere. Room service was good, and the staff were polite. I really enjoyed my stay.
