Riviera Hermitage

It was a really strange experience. From outside the place looks nice, but the rooms felt dark and there was a smell in the hallway. The staff seemed weird. They left me waiting a long time while they checked the Wi-Fi. Then I got lost on the way out and had to ask people how to leave. I eventually found my way out and left. After that, one of them called me and shouted, asking how I dared to leave without telling them. These people were just strange.

The way the rental shop next to Riviera Hermitage and Hilton treated us left me with a very bad impression. The two brothers running it were aggressive and intimidating, and pressured customers for extra money instead of handling complaints professionally. That could be especially stressful for tourists who don’t know the area. Since the shop is beside well-known hotels, people might assume it’s safe or connected to them, but that assumption could lead to a bad experience. The dealers repeatedly tried to overcharge customers, especially when bikes were returned. They claimed the fuel was low, pointed out scratches that seemed fake, and blamed customers for mechanical problems that hadn’t been there when the bike was picked up. It felt like a planned way to get more money from each customer. I strongly advise against renting from this place. Use a verified, reputable service to avoid being cheated and to protect your trip. If dishonest rental dealers keep operating around these hotels and intimidating tourists, visitors may stop coming, and nearby hotels’ reputations could suffer too.

The room was comfortable and the customer service was good. They were nice even at the end of our stay. Ours was a new room, and we may have been its first guests, so I can’t speak for the other rooms. Jayantu staff

The communication was poor, there was no apology, and nobody tried to sort things out. Her manner was rude and unprofessional, and I’d think twice about booking here if reliability and respectful service matter to you. Because of tetina ahuja’s mistake, my booking was cancelled twice. Both times, the problem was clearly on her side, but she refused to take responsibility and cancelled the reservation. It caused needless stress and inconvenience. Very poor management.
