The room was decent if all you need is somewhere to sleep near Kudle beach. It’s behind the cafes, so getting to the beach area with cafes means a bit of a walk. Cars can’t reach the resort either; there’s a narrow path between houses, about a five minute walk. There’s no view or scenery, and no food, so it’s basically just a place to stay by the beach. The TV in the room didn’t work and seemed to be there for show. Wi-Fi was very slow and sometimes unavailable in the room. Mobile signal and data were weak too, especially for Jio and Airtel in the rooms. Kudle beach has network issues with Airtel, while Jio is the only one that works here. The solar heater also means no hot water when it’s cloudy, and there’s no backup. Given the photos on Google, the price felt too high.

The room had no view, the TV didn’t work, the tub tap in the bathroom was faulty, and there was no hot water in the morning. The manager wasn’t cooperative. Booking through MMT didn’t help either, since nobody took responsibility or responded properly to customer questions. Breakfast was served in the room instead of as a buffet, which was disappointing. For the price, this was a very poor stay and not worth it.

The rooms are nice and close to the beach, but getting to the property takes some effort. You can’t drive all the way there. After parking, you have to carry your luggage and walk either about 7-8 minutes via the beach or 2-3 minutes along a very narrow footpath. It’s quite an adventure.

We couldn’t reach the resort for our planned stay because our Indigo flight was cancelled. We had booked two AC Cottages on 01.12.2025, for check-in on 06.12.2025 and check-out on 07.12.2025. On 05.12.2025, I called the Resort Manager, explained what happened, and asked to move the booking to 13.12.2025-14.12.2025. He asked me to send the booking details and said he’d check availability and get back to us. He told us the AC Cottages wouldn’t be available on 13.12.2025, but Premium AC Rooms were available for an extra ₹2,000. We agreed to pay the additional amount at check-in, and he accepted that arrangement. Before arriving on 13.12.2025, we called again, shared the booking name, and said we’d be checking in late that evening. When we got there, only one staff member was present. That person said there were no Premium AC Rooms and told us to contact the Manager. The Manager then said the same thing, despite our earlier conversation and confirmation. No alternative was offered, and the rooms we’d agreed on hadn’t been kept for us. We couldn’t stay and had to leave. Even after repeated emails, calls, and messages, no refund has been initiated. This was the worst experience ever. The manager committed fraud against us.

The stay was nice and Kudle Beach is just a two minute walk away. Getting to the resort, though, is like a mini trek, and parking costs 200/-. Service took several reminders.
