I checked out after just one night, even though I’d booked two days through an Oyo offer for 661Rs and had already paid online, so I felt stuck. At check-in, the receptionist demanded another 150 Rs, and then the owner wanted 600Rs more for the second day. The room stank and was very dirty, with cockroaches everywhere. I caught three, and two more were waiting for the next guests. There was also a centipede crawling in the bathroom. The commode was filthy, and there was no hot water. I’m posting pictures too. Even the platforms at Gondia junctions are cleaner than this hotel. Never book a room here.

The place was dirty and smelly, with an unhygienic washroom and bedbugs in the sheets and blankets. For a double bed, the actual tariff is 1100RS, and two people can’t sleep there unless you pay 1500RS for an AC room. After I arrived, the staff said they had no OYO and couldn’t give me a room, telling me to cancel the booking and pay 1000-1100RS for that filthy room. OYO deducted all my money and gave no refund. I ended up paying 2800RS + 589RS = RS 3390, while OYO showed only 600 for 2 rooms. The hotel wasn’t worth the price, and I’d never book through OYO again. Fraud Company OYO.

The service was one decent point, but the room didn’t meet basic hotel expectations and there was nothing else to recommend. They force guests to give a 5-star rating on the OYO app. Go at your own risk.

The washroom was awful and unhygienic, and there was no geyser or wifi. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the very old TV didn’t work. The place is badly maintained.

They charged us 300 Rs extra for air conditioning that wasn’t working. The bed was terrible and the staff weren’t good either. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in India. Don’t go there!
