The people were kind, nice, and hardworking, but there were only four or five staff handling everything. We had no hot water in the room and had to get it from staff in a tub. Restaurant service was very slow too, with just one person doing it all. More staff could make a big difference.

We loved the buffet, which felt like home food, though I'm sure guests from North India might rate it lower. The premium room was very spacious, and the room and linens were clean. It felt like good value, hence the five stars. One thing: the front desk staff assigned the room quickly, but didn't even say hello. Please ask them to greet guests.

Our check-in took 2 hours and 15 minutes, with two room changes. Rooms 9 and 11, the first ones assigned, had around 20 to 25 mosquitoes each, hairs on uncleaned linen, and no hot water. We got a better room only after escalating the issue to Treebo Customer Care. I called reception nearly five times, but the woman there wouldn't give me a supervisor or connect me. A deeply disappointing stay, with serious maintenance problems.

The coffee estates nearby were a highlight. We could walk to them in the morning, which felt refreshing and added something special to the trip. Treebo Durga Boji Grand was good value, with well-kept rooms at a fair price and a delicious complimentary breakfast with a nice range and quality. The staff were polite and helpful. A little more warmth and care in their service would make the guest experience even better.

Durga Boji Grand was a comfortable, relaxing place to stay. The rooms were in good condition, and the price was economical for what you get. A good option and worth considering.
