The restaurant was another letdown, with rude, unprofessional servers, especially Mr. Gaurav Haldar. I stayed last night (14-04-26), and the room smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, and the overall condition was poor. The reception staff were rude from the moment I arrived. The intercom wasn't working, and a simple tea order never came, even after I waited two hours. With the hygiene and service this bad, I rate it 1 out of 10. I strongly advise business travelers to stay elsewhere.

The tariff is really high, yet they don't keep up basic hygiene. The staff weren't supportive, and cleanliness was poor. My bedsheet was messy and covered in hair.

I've ordered the same thing more than ten times, and during rush hour the portion is always smaller. This has happened four or five times, with waiters cutting down the soup or starter portions. Later, they serve the missing portion to another customer and pocket the extra money. When I ask about it, they deny it.
