We were made really comfortable, and they even gave us free homemade food. The room at king prince palace was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for exploring the city, and the amenities were top-notch. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Drinking water wasn’t provided, and the rooms weren’t clean. A really bad experience.

Stayed one night, and the beds and towels smelled bad. There was no water available until we called reception, and then they turned on the motor. The geysers didn’t work, and there was no room service. Don’t book this hotel or you’ll regret it.

Really awful hotel and service. The room smelled, the towel was used, and they gave us water in a disposable plastic bottle. Service was pathetic. Don’t book here.

Dirty corridors, water leaking, bathrooms that smelled awful, and rooms with dirty linen and a bad smell. The AC didn’t work, and there was no water in the bathrooms. It barely deserves to be called a hotel, more like a dharmshala with little to no facilities. The other reviews may have been bought or posted through hotel staff connections. This is only a brief account of the state of the hotel’s so-called facilities.
