For 4k a room, I expected cleaner rooms and better service. The sheets and washrooms were dirty, the toilet seats hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the old taps were leaking and felt weird. It was an okay-ish stay, but I’ve stayed at better places for this price.
The location was handy, opposite the Bustand and close to prakrima marg, and the room itself was comfortable. Service was only adequate and could have been better. It was an acceptable stay, just not an exceptional one. I appreciate the effort.
Our room was in good condition, and housekeeping did a good job. The food was really good too. Gordhan Singh was especially kind and helpful with the restaurant service. The location is excellent, very close to Daanghati temple and other Leela sthali.
We had a very good one-night stay here with our family of 6 in goverdhan. The staff were friendly and really supportive, and the complimentary breakfast included with the booking was the cherry on the cake. Thanks.
The room had several problems: rainwater came in through the window, there was no toilet paper, and our repeated requests still weren’t taken care of. The sofa and mattresses were uncomfortable and unhygienic, and the food was below average. We stayed just one night with our parents in two suite rooms, and it was a horrible, disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
