Casper the dog was adorable, and I miss him a lot. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere for families or friends. Staff were polite, helpful, and quick with service. There’s parking space in front, though cars have to go along the side road, and a park nearby for a stroll. I had a satisfying stay at Angel NRI Hotel. 👍

I arrived at 9 PM after paying for my stay, but the staff said the hotel was full and refused to give me a room. The manager had apparently given my room to someone else. I contacted customer care, who arranged a room at another hotel, and I didn’t get checked in until around 11:30 that night. The staff were rude, and they even keep dogs there to scare customers.

The power was out for a long time, and there was no backup. The bedsheets and pillows weren’t proper either, and the AC wasn’t working. The receptionist was incredibly rude and should be ashamed to work in hospitality. Even if this is your last option, go to Delhi or somewhere else.

There was no electricity all night and no backup. They show people a generator, but it seems to be just for fooling them. Management wasn’t cooperative at all. The worst hotel I’ve ever seen, highly not recommended.

The caretaker was rude and shameless. Pathetic place. What sort of hotel doesn’t even have an inverter? If Google reviews allowed a minus five, that’s what I’d give.
