Nothing seemed to be working properly: the AC was out, the tap leaked, and the door lock was broken. We were two people but got just one towel, and when we asked for another, the reply was rude. We complained more than once about the problems and nobody fixed them. I tried calling the owner for help, but he didn’t answer and was busy watching the World Cup. Is that how they treat guests? A horrible stay.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but other customers should know: don’t book here. The rooms were dirty, there’s no lift, and the geyser didn’t work. Service was awful.

They asked for three to five times the amount when I arrived and asked them to check my booking. The whole thing was disgusting, a waste of time, and the people had no manners. A very poor experience.

Breakfast was really good, and the room was clean and neat. The location is very good too.
