Holiday Inn Express Greater Noida Knowledge Park by IHG

The quiet, safe feel and convenient location made this a good fit for a short visit to Noida or Delhi, especially for business. I had a very pleasant stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the English-speaking front desk staff were warm and professional, making communication and check-in smooth. There was good variety in the fresh buffet and à la carte food, with prompt, courteous service in the dining area. I’d happily recommend it.

The location was peaceful, and the staff, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. We stayed for 3N/4D, and it was a good experience. The room was quite small and didn’t have a cupboard, though the hotel had told us about both several times before we booked. Breakfast could use a few more choices, especially Jain food. I’d still consider staying here again.

I spent a week here and found it worthwhile, especially for a short solo trip. The laundry room has both washers and dryers, which made it easy to wash clothes quickly, and the staff were kind and cooperative. The room was clean and pleasant but on the small side. It could be challenging with kids. The gym is also small, so more than four people would be hard to fit, though it usually wasn’t crowded. I liked the yoga mat and the 5 Pts JBL music system, and the equipment was good quality. A few things need attention. Mosquitoes were in both the reception area and my room. Breakfast variety was acceptable, but items such as ginger tea, mendu vada, and pav bhaji could be better. I also had to wait until late evening for a replacement bath towel because they said the towels hadn’t come back from laundry.

The hotel is close to India Expo Mart, Knowledge Park, and major business areas, which makes it handy for events and work trips. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and housekeeping and room service were quick and polite. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Food quality was excellent, with plenty of Indian and international choices at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The place was clean and well organized. I’d rate Holiday Inn Greater Noida 4.5 out of 5 stars. It seems suited to business, exhibitions, events, or family stays. Thank you!
